Official Entry Rules

Contest is open to any persons 18 and older with the exception of employees or sponsors of the Warmth From The Heart Foundation and other supporting TV stations and their immediate families. "Immediate families" includes spouses, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren and cohabiting significant others.

Contest participants may submit only 1 completely filled out official nomination form per person. All nominees must be homeowners, and must be truly in need of a furnace for their home. Actual need is subject to verification by Trouble Free Inc. authorized technicians. All entries received will be judged by a panel. Judging criteria will include actual need of prize and consideration of all supporting circumstances. All nomination forms are to be sealed in an envelope and deposited or mailed to TroubleFree Inc, 802 Willow St. Pekin, Il 61554. Due to the confidential nature of the entries no faxes or emails will be accepted.

The Grand Prize Winners will be announced per location areas. The Grand Prizes consists of one (1) complete residential grade natural gas-fired furnace system with up to 115,000BTU capacity. Duct work and thermostat included if necessary. All labor included courtesy of Trouble Free Inc. Prize values has an approximate retail value of up to $3,140.00. All prizes are nontransferable and are not convertible to cash. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying all taxes, wherever applicable. The winner will be required to sign a Contest Release Form, granting use of their name, likeness, and voice in connection with promotion of this or any other contests and must waive any claim to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. Grand Prize finalists must agree to allow the technicians from your area to inspect their existing furnace in order to determine its condition. Results of such inspection will be reported to the judges for consideration in determining the Grand Prize Winners. All labor included courtesy of your premier heating and cooling companies. All winners must wave all claims of liability of any kind against any sponsor, their successors and agents, and their respective officers and employees for any personal injury or loss that may occur from participation in this contest or from the use of any prize won.
